Refund Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans for SnapBilly, processed through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
1. General Policy — No Refunds
SnapBilly operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments — monthly and annual — are final and non-refundable once charged. By subscribing you acknowledge that you evaluated the Service during the 7-day free trial and accept that fees are non-refundable after the trial ends.
2. Free Trial Protection
We provide a 7-day free trial with full Pro features so you can evaluate the Service before any charge.
| Scenario | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Cancel during the 7-day trial | No charge. Your card is not billed. |
| Cancel after the trial | Access continues until the end of the cycle. No refund. |
| Forget to cancel before the trial ends | The charge applies. No refund. |
It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.
3. Exceptional Circumstances — Service-Failure Refunds
In rare cases we may issue a refund at our discretion if:
- The Service was completely unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours due to an issue on our side.
- A core feature (invoice creation, PDF generation or email delivery) was entirely non-functional for 7+ consecutive days with no workaround, and was reported to us.
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error.
To request an exception, email support@snapbilly.com within 14 days of the issue with your account email and supporting evidence. We respond within 10 business days; approved refunds are processed via Dodo Payments within 5–10 business days.
4. What Is Not Eligible
- Change of mind after the trial has ended, or failure to cancel before conversion.
- Underutilization or non-use during a paid period.
- Temporary or intermittent outages under 72 hours.
- Issues caused by third-party services outside our control.
- Account suspension due to a Terms violation, or device/browser incompatibility present during the trial.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the current period — no refund is issued. Deleting your account cancels the subscription and permanently deletes your data. Refunds are only available under the exceptions in Section 3. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing.
6. Annual Plan
No partial refund is issued for early cancellation of an annual plan under normal circumstances; you keep Pro access until the end of the 12-month period. Approved exception refunds for annual plans are pro-rated by remaining full months.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation and we will provide Dodo Payments with relevant evidence. Please contact support@snapbilly.com first so we can resolve the issue directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy with 14 days’ notice by email; changes do not apply retroactively to charges made before the effective date.
